Cancellation and Refund Policy
quickzone customers may cancel hosting products within 15 days from the date of purchase without any justification and request a refund.
Unconditional refund terms apply only to newly purchased hosting (web hosting, reseller – partner – hosting) packages. If a service is canceled more than 15 days after the purchase date, the remaining service duration may be added as a balance to the customer's account, at quickzone's discretion, upon customer request. However, the refund of this balance to the customer is not possible. Products and services such as licenses, domains, SSL, virtual servers, and renewal payments are excluded from the refund policy.
If the customer wishes to request a refund, they are required to notify quickzone customer service via email and/or support request.
quickzone may process refunds via bank transfer, EFT, cash, or partial credit card refunds. Refunds will be made to the source determined by quickzone, after deducting the necessary expenses for the refund process.
